I commissioned a portrait of our labrador from Charlotte for my husband's 30th Birthday. She was absolutely excellent to work with. As we live at opposite ends of the country, she instructed me on the best ways to photograph my dog so that she could paint an accurate representation of her. Despite having never met Beatrice, the painting is absolutely exquisite and is a true likeness of her physical characteristics and also portrays the kindness in her face. Charlotte is very prompt at replying to emails and messages, gave me an accurate timeline for completion and the work she produced was just exceptional. I couldn't recommend her enough 

I absolutely loved the painting Charlotte did of my horse Rivaal. she caught his movement and energy perfectly, it brings me happiness every time I look at it. So much so I commissioned a stunning portrait of our broodmare and her daughter for my mum's 80th birthday. The empathy with which Charlotte catches their character and individuality is astounding. In the search for a suitable artist and on discovering Charlotte we did not hesitate in commissioning a painting of Faye. Charlotte was professional and approachable during the entire commission, from helping to find the perfect shot to capture Faye's true character, making valuable suggestions on the pose, light and colours to achieve the perfect painting. The painting is truly striking and hangs pride of place in our home. Charlotte has a remarkable skill to capture the essence and character of Faye on canvas, and the painting leaves our guests in astonishment at the spectacular realism. To say we are utterly delighted is an understatement! 

I recently commissioned a painting for my owner of her beautiful chestnut mare and chose Charlotte to paint Lyra having been so impressed at her paintings I had seen on social media. I didn't really have just one photo that I wanted copied but wanted something that captured Lyra's beauty, power and zest for work. I didn't want just a standard head portrait and equally didn't want me the rider in the painting. Charlotte cleverly used various photos and came up with this unusual composition which totally blew me away when I saw it as it totally captures Lyra in soul and spirit! 

Charlotte was wonderful...I started with a photograph I'd taken years ago but the quality was not great so she helped me to get something she could work with. She then took the time to understand what I wanted and where I wanted to hang it. She sent me regular updates and even arranged the framing for me. I am thrilled with my painting, it makes me smile everyday

Charlotte was fantastic to work with on Soda's portrait. I was a little apprehensive about how it would happen remotely and from photos but I needn't have had any concerns! Charlotte was consultative throughout the whole process and her attention to detail is second to none, as well as her interest in Soda's personality so that could come through in her work. My husband was (and continues to be) thrilled with the portrait as an anniversary gift and we have had so many compliments regarding the likeness to Soda.
